Control of maintenance and service work
Always taking in to consideration factors such as brand image and budget, Kimera will put in place a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheme that will ensure that, in the event of an emergency or need of repair, your needs are met up to a prearranged financial limit. Where possible, quotations for remedial work will be given prior to the commencing of each project, giving you the maximum amount of control over your maintenance activities and their effects on your budget.
Flexible payment terms
We offer a monthly payment plan, dividing the annual cost into twelve segments; again giving you budgetary control and management. Terms and conditions apply.
Contract Review Meetings
All of our clients are assigned a Contracts Manager, who will act as your point of contact. Regular, scheduled contract review meetings, will result in the upkeep and smooth running of your contract with us. Giving you the opportunity to amend any queries, worries or suggestions.
Kimera Facilities Management will supply staff throughout the length of your contract, providing the expected services and facilities maintenance in accordance with the agreed PPM scheme. Staff are usually responsible for:
Maintenance and servicing of plant, equipment & building fabric
Supervision and quality control of specialist contracts
Maintaining the site equipment records and documentation
General site housekeeping and service provision
Liasing with client to provide reactive task capability
Maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety
